Solutions for You Inc. offers a highly competitive suite of benefits designed to meet the varied needs of our employees. Highlights of our current benefits program include:
- Health and Life
- Coverage includes a PPO medical plan. We subsidize a major portion of all premium contributions. Coverage includes prescription drugs as well as vision and dental. Company paid benefits include basic life insurance as well.
- Time-Off
- We offer a generous program that combines vacation and paid time-off (PTO) under one plan. Eligible SFYI employees receive between 16 and 20 days per year, depending on their job group plus three additional days after the completion of each three years of service for vacation, sick time or other personal needs. We also offer an additional 10 paid holidays per year.
- Incentive Compensation Plan
- For senior consultants and above, Solutions for You Inc. offers an incentive compensation plan based on a combination of both personal and company goals. This plan has no limit to the upside rewards for exceptional performance.
- IRA Plan
- Solutions for You Inc. employees can contribute up to 60 percent of pre-tax dollars to an IRA plan with a variety of investment options.
- Professional and Technical Certifications
- We support continuing education and professional development of our employees. We reimburse all costs for approved certification exams, and provide up to $1,000 per person for the purchase of review materials for approved exams.
